ANALYTICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL DETERMINATION OF THE ZONES OF THE GREATEST WEAR OF CASING STRINGS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF OIL AND GAS WELLS

Klimov V. V. – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Oil and Gas Affairs named after Professor G.T. Vartumyan Kuban State Technological University, vvklimov2010@gmail.com
Savenok O. V. – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Oil and Gas Affairs named after Professor G.T. Vartumyan, Kuban State Technological University, olgasavenok@mail.ru
Leshkovich N.M. – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Oil and Gas Affairs named after Professor G.T. Vartumyan, Kuban State Technological University, nleshkovich@bk.ru

Key words: casing string; trough wear; forecasting; experimental determination of the nature and magnitude of pipe wear.

The problems of analytical determination of zones of the greatest wear of casing strings and the results of experimental studies in the vertical well 3 Suzdalskaya are considered in the article. It is shown that in the process of drilling casing wear is uneven at different depths, and casing metal losses occur with the formation of asymmetric wear troughs.
