<p>A high performance complex sequestering agent «Sinsil» has been developed, which thins out clay muds, prevents packing and inhibits clay swelling, with weight by volume of 2-4 kg/m 3 .</p>

<p><strong>Key words:</strong> formation with super reservoir, continuous flooding, cyclic flooding, sustainable flowrate, asymmetrical cycle, deformation processes, computational investigation.<br /><br />The paper provides results of computational investigations into the processes of oil extraction from formations with super collectors utilizing continuous and cyclic flooding methods. A procedure has been developed for planning, conducting and analyzing results of computation-<br />al investigations into oil extraction mechanisms. Continuous flooding is used for sustainable flowrate in various geological conditions to ensure maximum water penetration into low permeability layers, which is achieved through capillary imbibition and a balance of oil and water production. Cyclic flooding is performed in production and injection wells, a production well being shut during the flooding operation and fluid extraction at high formation pressure.<br />The paper provides new process solutions for cyclic flooding, including maximum duration of a full cycle with maximum asymmetry.</p>

The authors assess prospects for implementation of major investment projects that involve offshore<br />facilities construction. Provided materials include charts and diagrams borrowed from presentations of companies such as OJSC Gazprom, OJSC NK Rosneft, OJSC NK LUKOIL, JSC Sovkomflot, etc.,<br />which are considered in the paper, information from the public domain, extracts from speeches delivered by top managers and policy documents of relevant federal authorities.</p>

It was established following the analysis that gradual change in the profile curvature allows to increase maximum axial weight on bit in a proposed extended reach hole and shallow pay zone profile, using clothoid. The authors have drawn a comparison between a tangential pro-<br />file and a clothoid-based profile. The proposed model includes the use of a profile with biclothoid as an effective solution for wells with high dogleg severity and zenith angles.</p>

System development with horizontal wells requires correct positioning of the wellbore in the productive layer. The experience of drilling<br />multilateral wells drilled in the productive layer and the first results oil production from multilateral wells was presented.</p>

<p>УДК 622.24<br /><strong>Key words:</strong>cementing of casing strings, aerated cementing slurry, aerated abrasive buffer solution.</p>
<p>The authors present a technology and materials for the cementing of various casing strings, including the use of aerated powder mixtures. Following laboratory testing and field studies, it was established that lightweight aerated powder mixtures including factory-made materials, can perfectly be used for first cementing of casing strings in conditions of low for mation pressure and temperature difference.</p>
