\u0420<\/span>The article focuses on the organization of work of filed supervisors of drilling and well workover. There are details of the method to assess a company\u2019s objective need for a sufficient minimum of supervising staff. The method enables to objectively assess a company\u2019s need for field supervisors of workover operations and takes into account the time of operations supervising, scope of workover operations, types of operations, and effective number of work hours for a particular time period.<\/p>\n
