\u041f<\/span>The paper describes key points of the system of assessment and verification of compliance with the established standards. With regard to products, there are two compliance verification\u00a0 procedures, namely, acceptance of the compliance declaration and mandatory and facultative certification. The facultative certification is a market tool to fight counterfeit products, especially if the facultative certification system is registered by such a reputable organization as the Gubkin University of Oil and Gas.<\/p>\n
