The paper describes the drilling waste management experience of SBM group of companies. A classification of drilling waste and recycling methods is provided. It is shown that a combination of approaches to drilling waste management is most effective. There is an example of SBM Service Center\u2019s most successful waste management project at Bovanenkovskoye oil, gas and condensate field. There is a description of an onsite cuttings recycling technology whereby cuttings undergo preliminary treatment referred to as averaging and are modified while being mixed with special hardening agents. Additionally, there are details of the application of drilling waste recycling products and other services within the framework of this approach.<\/p>\n
