The article provides information on current industrial and environmental safety in offshore equipment of foreign manufacture which conducts drilling on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation. It shows specific of industrial and environmental safety at different stages of the drilling rigs preparation for development of offshore oil and gas fields.<\/p>\n
