Legal support in Obtaining a license for activities in the field of the use of atomic energy<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Preparing a package of documents to submit to the Rostekhnadzor. Expert review of the radiation safety documentation of the company.\nPreparing a package of documents for obtaining a license for activities in the field of the use of atomic energy; Expert review of the developed documentation in a specialized expert organization; support during the on-site inspection of Rostechnadzor of the validity of the information provided.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>In addition, Training of future members of staff responsible for ensuring radiation safety at the company including obtaining personal Rostekhnadzor permits for them was provided.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>III. Safety justifications and expertise<\/strong><strong>. \u041e\u0431\u043e\u0441\u043d\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u044f \u0431\u0435\u0437\u043e\u043f\u0430\u0441\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0438 \u0438 \u044d\u043a\u0441\u043f\u0435\u0440\u0442\u0438\u0437\u044b<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Conducting an industrial safety expertise of the safety justification of a hazardous industrial facility for drilling wells with a high content of hydrogen sulfide with registration of the expert review in Rostekhnadzor.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>IV<\/strong><strong>. Development of new Federal rules and regulations in industrial security \u201cSafety rules in the oil and gas industry\u201d<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>As part of the execution of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 06\/03\/2019 No. DM-P36-4534 and in accordance with the Rostechnadzor Rulemaking Plan, new Federal rules and regulations in industrial security \u201cSafety rules in the oil and gas industry\u201d were developed to replace the Rostechnadzor Order No. 2 101 of 12.03.2013, Order of Rostechnadzor No. 105 of 18.03.2014, Order of Rostechnadzor No. 515 of 30.11.2017 and Order of Rostechnadzor No. 501 of 28.11.2016.\n\nThe Association of Drilling Contractors, as one of the largest associations of Russian and foreign companies in the oil and gas industry, provided its proposals and opinions on amendments to the newly issued safety rules.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>V<\/strong><strong>.
