The article discusses the actual technical and technological problems associated with the possibility of using subsea compression technologies in subsea production systems in the development of promising hydrocarbon deposits in the Russian Arctic and the Far East. Ensuring production targets at the Kirinsky block fields with a drop in wellhead pressures is impossible without subsea booster compressor stations. Their use will increase the gas recovery factor, extend the period of constant withdrawals and, as a result, improve the economic performance of these offshore projects for the production of gas and gas condensate.<\/p>\n
