downhole motor, warp prevention, bottom of drill string layout.<\/p><p>The paper deals with the issue of improving the technology of well construction with the use of combined drilling<br \/>method. The main attention is paid to the analysis of application of the stepped arrangement of the drill string bottom at the combined rotation of the screw downhole motor and rotor. A detailed description of the composition of layouts and design of special BHA elements for drilling wells with large diameters is given. Examples of using the combined method for drilling vertical sections and zenith angle stabilisation sections in directional wells are given.
