IV. Development of new Federal rules and regulations in industrial security “Safety rules in the oil and gas industry” |
As part of the execution of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 06/03/2019 No. DM-P36-4534 and in accordance with the Rostechnadzor Rulemaking Plan, new Federal rules and regulations in industrial security “Safety rules in the oil and gas industry” were developed to replace the Rostechnadzor Order No. 2 101 of 12.03.2013, Order of Rostechnadzor No. 105 of 18.03.2014, Order of Rostechnadzor No. 515 of 30.11.2017 and Order of Rostechnadzor No. 501 of 28.11.2016. The Association of Drilling Contractors, as one of the largest associations of Russian and foreign companies in the oil and gas industry, provided its proposals and opinions on amendments to the newly issued safety rules. |
