Cementing of casings with hangers on cement stone is a complex operation. To reduce the thickening time, you need to have the ball released from the cementing head after the designed volume of the displacement fluid was pumped into the string and after the shutoff pressure was achieved while the ball was located in the drill pipes at the appropriate depth above the disconnector. The proposed solution allows to promptly recalculate displacement fluid volume to be pumped, to achieve time saving and reduce costs associated with the use of additional cementing equipment.
