Absence of domestic methods of evaluation of total service life of drill bit bearing assembly TBR has long been a serious obstacle to foreign sales of drill bits supplied by OJSC “Volgaburmash”. The author proposes a mathematical model to evaluate TBR for custom conditions and drilling modes on the basis actual conditions, drilling modes and bit wear data.
