Key words:low permeability reservoirs, productivity of horizontal wells, pore space of rocks, molecular force.
The paper focuses on opportunities to improve oil well productivity in low permeability reservoirs, based on the theory of natural liquid-oil filtration in natural soil. From a perspective of molecular interaction between formation fluid and rocks in the electromagnetic field, the authors give grounds for a method to improve formation permeability and, therefore, enhance inflow. There are results of experiments to stimulate oil flow in the porous space in sedimentary rocks under the influence of alternating electromagnetic field.
