Key words: complexes for monitoring of process parameters while drilling, assurance of compliance with the Drilling Safety Rules, modular design and levels of a complex, geological survey station, drilling and workover process control stations, well cementing, completion and testing control stations, remote data processing centers – decision centers, well workover.
The paper provides information concerning approaches to safety control while drilling. It is noted that there is a trend towards transferring process control functions to “remove control centers” (decision centres). Consideration is given to the use of workover control stations and workover personnel training.
