This article focuses on the implementation of modern technical and technological solution to improve the quality of drilling well with prevention of hole problem and accident. It include as following: new well construction, drilling hole section for 13-3/8″ casing by 16″ bit instead of using the 17-1/2″ bit as traditionally, integrate the 16″ PDC bit with downhole mud motor for drilling interval of 13-3/8″ casing, drilling 12-1/4″ hole section w/ LWD near bit to increase the accuracy of the determination the top of basement.
