Key words: : permafrost rocks, cementing of casing strings, power cement slurry mixtures, foamed cement slurry, aerated buffer solution.
Circulation of positive temperature drilling fluids cause thawing and caving of unstable formations, lost circulation in unstable rocks and gas seepage in gas saturated horizons. The authors propose that the problem be solved by improved treatment of annular spaces prior to cement squeeze, decrease of hydrodynamic load on permeable formations and treatment with dispersed bine air bubbles which result from increased hydrodynamic activation of lightweight aerated erosion displacement fluid and cement slurry as well as from contact between high expansion lightweight aerated cement and normal density cement and all formations and casing pipes in the annular space.
