ALGORITHM OF DEFINITION OF RATIONAL TIME WORK ROLLER BIT AT THE BOTTOM ACCORDING TO THE STATION OF DRILLING PARAMETERS CONTROL

On the basis of previous study we obtained the algorithm of definition of rational time work roller bit at the bottom according to the station control of drilling parameters. Sustainable operation of the new information channel control of drilling operations allow to increase the efficiency and validity of accepted administrative decisions. The algorithm takes into account the results of the operative estimation of parameters of the model of dependence of mechanical drilling speed of loading on a bit. For the linear model of mechanical drilling speed, the ratio for calculation of values of a priori sinking subject to wear and generalized temporal parameter of the bit. An algorithm for the collection of information and the formation of a specialized database to test the bits in flight considering the diversity of factors that accompany the process of drilling. Investigated the integration of the algorithm with existing information systems, providing solutions to production problems on the construction of wells. Considered different methods of combining information in the case of operation of the roller bit in several flights. Software version of the developed algorithm is tested on real data.
