The problems of analytical determination of zones of the greatest wear of casing strings and the results of experimental studies in the vertical well № 3 Suzdalskaya are considered in the article. It is shown that in the process of drilling casing wear is uneven at different depths, and casing metal losses occur with the formation of asymmetric wear troughs.
