Key words: well drilling, complications, lost circulation, Inclinometry, azimuth direction, lineaments.
Understanding the development of fracture enable to reduce the costs of eliminating complications associated with the instability of wellbores. In the article, inclinometric data from the Chinese oilfield NB were analyzed, which has shown that azimuthal direction in the zones of complications match the 4 main systems of fractures, moreover there were no complication in the northeastern sector. It was concluded that the northeastern direction is the most reliable for drilling wells and for bypassing the problem zone in the oilfield NB.
