The result of our research was that when using PDM motor columns, the flutter of column may occur due to reactive torque, which was not taken into account earlier. To exclude the very possibility of flutter, it is proposed to change the nature of interaction of drill string with the walls in accordance with results of a theoretical study of not a single centering device, but a pair of centering devices. Thus, in vicinity of bit in limit the condition of rigid embedding, which most favorably affects formation of the wellbore during drilling process, is fulfilled, since one of sources of uncontrolled lateral oscillations is eliminated.
Placing a double support-centering device behind the engine in the direction of the wellhead, it is possible to significantly expand the range of operation of drilling assembly, ensuring at the same time prevention of curvature and preparation of wellbore for running casing strings.
Размещая за двигателем по направлению к устью двойное опорно-центрирующее устройство, можно существенно расширить диапазон работы компоновок, обеспечивающих одновременно предупреждение искривления и подготовку ствола скважин к спуску обсадных колонн.
