Key words: complications of the well cementing process, expanding cement slurries, aerated cement slurry, casing string cementing technology, cement slurries, well casing, cross-flow between layers, annular pressures, behind-the-casing flow.
Well casing is the most important, final stage of joint activities of a number of service companies. One of the key strategic risks associated with poor-quality cementing is significant watering of production wells over time, followed by a deterioration in their production performance, which leads to large losses of production, environmental problems and a corresponding loss of profit. Currently, cement slurries are widely used for cementing various casing strings, which do not provide the necessary tightness of annular and behind-the-casing spaces and reliable separation of layers. The use of new powdery erosional buffer expanding cement slurries and technologies for their use will eliminate the occurrence of various complications in the process of cementing casing strings in different mining and geological conditions, including complex ones.
