Key words: reconstruction of wells, sidetracking, nature conservancy, environmental safety.
ОThe reconstruction of existing wells by sidetracking is one of the methods of rational environmental management. The authors focus on ensuring rational utilization of natural resources and environmental safety at the stages of designing and reconstruction of wells. The suggested approach to the modeling of well site layouts, including ground-based drilling and auxiliary equipment, allows to ensure land conservation and environmental safety during the reconstruction of wells by sidetracking.
