Key words: incompatible drilling conditions, catastrophic loss of drilling fluid, geological structure of the Dulisma oil and gas condensate
satnogo deposit,
geological structure of the Naryksko-Ostashkinskaya area, drilling "ahead of the curve"
The paper focuses on the occurrence of catastrophic mud losses whilst drilling conductor holes in Dulisminskoye oil and gas condensate field and provides an analysis of the geological structure of Narynsko-Ostashkinskaya block, Kemerovo region, and Dulisminskoye oil
and gas condensate field. The paper also presents an engineering solution aimed at catastrophic mud loss prevention.
