The performance of horizontal wells penetrated anisotropic layers it affects a large number of factors. For well production revealed the anisotropic formation similar to the well production rate which revealed an isotropic layer is necessary either to increase the drawdown or increase the length of the horizontal section. In this paper we consider the influence of the anisotropy parameter, thickness and permeability of the anisotropic layer on the performance of a horizontal well. It is shown that at constant horizontal permeability and smaller the value of the anisotropy parameter, the greater the effect of anisotropy on performance so the greater the decrease in horizontal wells.
