The paper provides a methodology and algorithm for developing a specialized integrated scientific and technical program to create innovative technologies, techniques, equipment and facilities for the exploration of offshore hydrocarbon resources.
These methods allow to develop specialized integrated scientific and technical programs aimed at providing R&D support of offshore hydrocarbon resources exploration to ensure fulfilment of government-controlled oil companies’ license commitments.
