According to the results of theoretical and experimental research in the proposed structure of the surface of the portable electrolytic grounding type (PPZELT). The design of the earthing switch allows to accelerate the achievement of grounding the rated value of resistance spreading regardless of the state of the soil to produce a preliminary rapid strait of the electrolyte into the ground, and for the rational use of the electrolyte depending on the state of the ground is a device control valve adjustment with respect to the lower part and the stem.
Application PPZELT proposed design will allow to take into account soil moisture, reduce the time to reach a normalized value of earthing resistance spreading, more efficient use of the electrolyte and increase the duration of its operation by restoring the filtering properties of the porous cork bottom of the tank.
