Key words: search for hydrocarbon fields, well construction, testing, Daginsky horizon, Yuzhno-Lunskoye field, shelf of the Sea of Okhotsk, prospecting well, Kirinsky block.
The exploratory and evaluation well No. 1 of the Yuzhno-Lunskoye structure of the Kirinsky block on the shelf of the Sea of Okhotsk was successfully built and tested during the period June-October 2016. The well No. 1 of the Yuzhno-Lunskoye area revealed a deposit associated with a structural trap of an anticlinal type with partial tectonic screening in sediments of the Daginsk sandstones. In tests of promising deposits, an industrial inflow of gas condensate was obtained. The construction, testing and liquidation of a 3332-meter deep well took 123 days. As a result of high-quality and high-tech drilling, the geological tasks were fully met. The result of the work of Gazprom Geologorazvedka LLC is the opening of a new gas condensate field on the Far Eastern shelf of Russia. Confirmation of gas reserves of industrial categories of the Yuzhno-Lunskoye field, taking into account its proximity to the Lunskoye oil and gas condensate field, will allow accelerating its entry into the development at the expense of the existing infrastructure.
