The main malfunctions and causes of failure of the blowout preventer equipment of drilling rigs in the process of drilling, development and well workover are shown. The main activities and technological methods of elimination are presented. Practical recommendations for the actions of the drilling crew at the time of occurrence and development of gas, oil and water inflow are given.
