The prospects of the PJSC Gazprom's exploration program implementation on the Arctic shelf are considered. Clusters of the hydrocarbon deposits development on the shelf of the Barents and Kara Seas are identified and ranked by taking into account the harsh hydrometeorological, complex geological and stabilization of economic conditions.
