Key words: lightweight foamed cement slurry, normal density cement slurry, expanding additives, expanding cement slurry, new casing cementing technology, cement slurry, oil well cementing, well casing, complications of the cementing process.

This article deals with known and new grouting mixtures applied to the primary cementing of casing strings in the areas of the Orenburg region. Known technologies of primary cementing of casing strings are realized using chemically treated portland cement of different cement plants and oil-well mixtures both factory-made and by repeated repetition in drill conditions. The negative effect of reagents-electrolytes and polymers on the contraction of the hardening grouting mortar, which leads to an increase in the volumetric shrinkage of the stone, is shown. In this connection, the known technologies do not provide the required tightness of the collapsed and intercolumny well spaces. Only use of new powder-like erosion buffer and expanding oil-well mixtures and technologies for their use that ensure formation of sedimentation-resistant light aerated and normal density solutions during hydration, and in process of hardening stones with a large (more than 5%) volume expansion, it will eliminate the occurrence of process complications primary cementing of casing strings in different, including complex, mining and geological conditions.
